What does a Client Growth Lead at PRC do?

The Client Growth Lead is responsible for building a qualified pipeline of healthcare opportunities through proactive lead sourcing, outbound prospecting, and targeted engagement.

This is a high-activity, performance-driven role focused on identifying, researching, and connecting with hospitals and health systems that can benefit from PRC’s patient experience, employee experience, and survey-based solutions. Success in this position is driven by consistent daily activity, pipeline creation, and the ability to convert outreach into qualified opportunities.

Other Responsibilities Include:

Lead Sourcing & Outbound Prospecting

  • Proactively source and build targeted lead lists within hospitals and health systems
  • Identify key stakeholders across patient experience, HR, nursing, quality, and executive leadership
  • Execute high-volume daily outbound activity across email, phone, LinkedIn, and other channels
  • Use AI tools, sales intelligence platforms, and industry resources to uncover new opportunities
  • Consistently meet or exceed daily and weekly activity and pipeline targets

Pipeline Development & Qualification

  • Build and manage a pipeline of qualified, sales-ready opportunities
  • Qualify prospects based on organizational fit, need, and readiness
  • Schedule meetings and ensure strong handoff to sales
  • Partner with marketing to support campaigns and convert engagement into opportunities

Systems, Data & Optimization

  • Maintain accurate, real-time data and pipeline tracking in Salesforce
  • Utilize marketing automation platforms to support outreach and campaign execution
  • Continuously refine targeting and messaging using performance data and insights
  • Leverage AI-driven tools to improve prospecting efficiency and effectiveness

Collaboration & Market Insight

  • Partner closely with Sales and Marketing to align on targeting strategy and messaging
  • Share feedback on lead quality, campaign performance, and market response
  • Maintain awareness of trends in patient experience, employee engagement, and healthcare decision-making

What does a Client Growth Lead need to be successful?

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in lead generation, outbound prospecting, or business development.
  • Experience selling into or working with hospitals or health systems.
  • Background in survey solutions, patient experience, employee engagement, or healthcare SaaS preferred.
  • Familiarity with hospital organizational structures and buying processes, preferred.
  • Proven ability to perform in a high-activity, metrics-driven environment.
  • Advanced Salesforce proficiency (pipeline management, reporting, data hygiene).
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, or similar).
  • Experience using AI tools for lead sourcing, research, and outreach optimization.
  • Strong experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and/or sales intelligence platforms (ZoomInfo, etc.).
  • Highly proactive and self-directed.
  • Comfortable with outbound outreach and rejection.
  • Strong organizational and follow-through skills.
  • Clear, confident communicator.
  • Data-driven and results-oriented.
  • Polite, professional, and courteous.
  • Honest, discreet, ethical, and trustworthy.
  • Ability to maintain composure in stressful situations.
