PRC is looking for a friendly, dependable Mandarin/English Bilingual Telephone Interviewer to join our team!
In this role, you’ll conduct telephone surveys with patients and healthcare consumers, giving them an opportunity to share their healthcare experiences. No sales, no cold-call selling — just meaningful conversations!
What We Offer:
- $25.00 per hour – Guaranteed hourly pay
- Approximately 6 hours per week
- Flexible scheduling between 1:00 PM and 9:00 PM
- 100% remote position with virtual hiring and training
- Paid time off and holiday pay

What We’re Looking For

Fluent in speaking, reading, writing, and translating Mandarin Chinese and English

Friendly, professional telephone communication skills

Comfortable using a computer while speaking on the phone

Ability to type at least 20 words per minute

Dependable, detail-oriented, and committed to providing excellent servic
Work-From-Home Requirements:
- Personal computer with Windows 11+ or Mac OS 14+, with required security protection
- Reliable internet with upload and download speeds of at least 25 Mbps
- Quiet, private workspace
- Smartphone or tablet capable of scanning QR codes for authentication
- Administrator access to install required software
