Remote Call Center Agent / Interviewer – Part Time

Looking for a part-time work-from-home opportunity where your communication skills can make a difference?
PRC is hiring Remote Call Center Agents/Interviewers in Texas to conduct outbound healthcare surveys and other research calls. You’ll speak with people across the country, gather important feedback, and help provide healthcare organizations with information they can use to improve the patient experience.
What You’ll Do
- Make outbound calls to conduct surveys and interviews
- Read survey questions accurately while maintaining a natural, conversational tone
- Build rapport and actively listen to respondents
- Enter responses accurately while speaking with respondents
- Meet established quality, attendance, and productivity expectations
- Learn multiple projects and computer programs
- Maintain regular communication with supervisors and support staff
What We’re Looking For
- Must currently reside in Texas
- Clear and professional English communication skills
- Friendly, engaging, and conversational phone presence
- Strong listening skills and attention to detail
- Dependable and comfortable working independently from home
- Ability to type at least 20 WPM with accuracy
- Ability to learn and navigate multiple computer programs
- Professional, courteous, trustworthy, and patient
Work-From-Home Requirements
You must have:
- A private, quiet workspace
- Your own Windows 11+ PC or Mac with Apple OS 14+
- Antivirus protection and required security settings
- Reliable internet with at least 25 Mbsp upload / 50 Mbps download speed
- Administrative access to install required software
- Smartphone or tablet with a camera for two-factor authentication
Schedule
- Part Time: 20–25 hours per week
- Monday–Friday evening schedules based on availability:
- 4:00 PM–9:00 PM CST
- 5:00 PM–9:00 PM CST
