A Holiday Letter from the CEO

Dear Valued Clients and Partners,

We’re almost at the end of another year, and I think we can all agree that it’s been an eventful one. However, busy times are when we cling to what matters most to us. For me, the holiday season has reminded me of the value of partnership. As such, let me start by reiterating my gratitude for your partnership through this year.

A lot is changing in our industry, from acquisitions and mergers in the experience management space to major policy changes in healthcare as a whole. AI continues to create new opportunities and challenges, while discourse in the country grows ever more polarizing. The more things change, the easier it becomes to recognize what stays constant. In healthcare, it’s the human connection and hard work of care teams and providers that define the patient experience. For PRC, it’s our commitment to excellence and our operations as a private, family-owned organization. I believe those two things serve as crucial pillars to upholding and honoring our client partnerships, something that everyone at PRC is dedicated to ensuring remains constant.

It’s through that dedication that we’ll continue to help hospitals and health systems improve, from one generation of healthcare leaders to the next. In the meantime, I wish you and your team Happy Holidays, and promise that the dedication in our partnership will be a constant in 2026.

Warm regards,

Dr. Joe Inguanzo
