Community Health Needs Assessment (CHNA)
With more than 30 years of CHNA experience, PRC’s data-driven approach digs deeper than most—connecting with underserved populations, analyzing social determinants, and seeking out key informant and public health input—all while fulfilling IRS Section 501(c)(3) requirements. CHNAs for Critical Access Hospitals

PRC Community Pathways
An expansion of our CHNA research, the PRC Community Pathways program utilizes a community behavioral health survey to collect and analyze unique service area data focused on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to stigma, substance use, isolation/loneliness, depression, and health equity.
National Health Survey
PRC is the only research firm to conduct regular national studies (since 1995) to collect comparative data for its community health clients. PRC National Health Surveys reflects a random sample of 1,000 Americans interviewed through a mixed-mode protocol, including telephone (cell phone and landline) and internet surveys.
