Columbus Regional Health (CRH) identified a need within their CHNA data to combat substance and opioid use in their community. In partnership with a local collaborative, CRH formed the Alliance for Substance Abuse Progress (ASAP), a multi-pronged program that addresses the issue including support in the court and incarceration system. ASAP, combined with the opening of a substance use treatment center within CRH, exhibits the utilization of CHNA insights to meet patients where they are and make a meaningful impact in their health and lives. This webinar explores the creation of these initiatives, along with the opportunity for viewers to ask questions around identifying and addressing community health issues through their own organizations.
