Morgan Peterson stepped into the role of Director, Marketing and Engagement in 2023 at York General—a Nebraska-based critical access hospital with 25 beds and additional facilities for long-term care, assisted living, dialysis, home health, and additional services. Peterson previously held the title of Director, Service Excellence at the hospital for 11 years, positioning her with an eye for survey performance and growth opportunities. Through her leadership and utilization of PRC insights, York General has seen sustained improvements in employee culture indicators. This success earned Peterson the Outstanding Culture Award as part of PRC’s Healthcare Leadership Awards in 2023, with her nomination reading “This recipient has been instrumental in leading and promoting a culture of ongoing process improvement and change.”
