    Community Health Needs Assessment (CHNA)

    With more than 30 years of CHNA experience, PRC’s data-driven approach digs deeper than most—connecting with underserved populations, analyzing social determinants, and seeking out key informant and public health input—all while fulfilling IRS Section 501(c)(3) requirements.
