Community Health Needs Assessment (CHNA)
With more than 25 years of CHNA experience, PRC’s data-driven approach digs deeper than most—connecting with underserved populations, analyzing social determinants, and seeking out key informant and public health input—all while fulfilling IRS Section 501(c)(3) requirements. Our CHNA, with its customizable primary data component and the PRCEasyView® data platform, allows you to identify evidence-based practices, develop targeted programs, and learn from other communities.
